  Outstanding service, consistently checks up on you. Food is brought out pretty quick with a friendly staff who explains how long to cook each product. My only concern is not worthy of giving anything less than 5 stars. I was not fond of having no additional napkins at the table, however in flagging down a member of their staff I was able to get consistent service. Also their phone application is user friendly, you simply scan the bar code on your receipt and it does the rest for you. Pretty awesome!

  This place has great food and the service was great too. It's a very popular so on the weekends they're booked solid and expect to wait at least an hour if you come without reservations. The food and experience make for a good time though. They would definitely get 5 stars if it wasn't for the wait time. Its just slightly overpriced, but the food is delicious.

  This restaurant is worth five stars because they're quick, aesthetically pretty, and have great deals. The service is fast and the dishes come out quick. The dishes are always well plated, coming out fresh and neat. You'll also find so many good combo discounts including happy hour, brunch combos, and occasional seasonal sales. And I feel they need to offer these deals because they can be very pricey. Taste wise, I'd actually give them a 4/5. Most of the meat choices I've had can be a bit bland. I dip heavily in the sauces they provide, but I feel like a BBQ place should have their marinade stand out. To be fair, some of their marinades are really good (their miso marinade in particular). I would recommend you eat here during their happy hour or brunch times, you can try a lot more without the heavy prices. For food choices, stick to the marinated items, and order some vegetables (they're pretty good). **pictures are from the brunch deal my friend and I went too

  Such a great, authentic yakiniku restaurant. All the meats are high quality, the service is always very energetic and positive, and the place is clean. The app-based rewards program is nice as we usually get at least a free dessert by using our points accumulated from our last visit. Gets very busy at meal times so reservations are highly recommended.

  Usually I don't leave bad comments to restaurants. However, this one definitely has no loyalty to its customers. We made reservation on 7:45 pm Friday night and by the time 7 of us were all there on time. The usher said she already gave our table to another 2 people without any good reason. My question is, If Gyu has first come first serve policy, why pretend to have reservations like other high end restaurants? Later the usher blamed that two customers for staying there too long. Come on, it is you that gave our table to them. They were only there for 15 minutes as well. In general, I don't like the idea that it is your mistake that giving away our table away without confirmation while blaming on other customers. Anyway I will probably not go back. Small things matter. I want to make my voice heard. Whoever that want to make reservations there just be careful : your reservation might be a fake one. Go some where else decent and don't end like us: disappointed, angry and hungry.
